May you always find a win-win! Poke holes in your negativity so you think positive! Debate with your self: For every argument you have (i.e. - I can't find time to exercise), consider a counter-argument (i.e. - I could do 10 minutes of jump-rope in the morning before my shower then eat breakfast at my desk).

May you wander slowly through the fields of your life ~ enjoy the view, the scent, the lessons.

May you learn from your self. Play the objective observer and ruminate over the impressions that come your way. Notice that which is comforting, and that which is not.
